Shipping policy

Americanhomescape (hereinafter referred to as “we”) provides a delivery service for your online orders. To ensure successful delivery of your products, please read the following terms carefully before placing an order.

1. Shipping Area

Orders are shipped from the United States.

We currently only support delivery within the United States.

At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

We also cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses.

2. Shipping Fees

  • Order under $90: shipping fee of $8
  • Order $90 or above: free shipping

Shipping fees are automatically calculated and displayed on the checkout page based on the total order amount.

3. Order Cut-off Time

Orders placed before 6:00 PM are processed the same day.

Orders placed after 6:00 PM or during public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We recommend placing your order before the cut-off time for faster processing.

4. Processing Time

Order processing generally takes 1-5 business days (excluding public holidays). This time includes order verification, packaging, and preparation for shipment.

5. Delivery Time

The total delivery time is estimated between 7 and 9 business days (including processing time). The actual time may vary depending on the carrier, weather, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Carriers

We automatically select an appropriate carrier based on the order, such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS, to help ensure safe and timely delivery.

7. Order Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive an email containing:

  • Order number
  • Payment receipt (Visa, MasterCard)
  • Carrier information

You can also track your order on the “Order Tracking” page of the website by entering your email or phone number along with the corresponding order number.

8. Liability Statement

In case of damage or loss during transportation, please contact us in accordance with this shipping policy and other applicable policies.

After shipment, orders cannot be modified or canceled. Please verify your shipping information and product details before confirming your order.

Consequences caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address are the responsibility of the user.

9. Receiving Instructions

Please carefully check the packaging and the condition of the product upon receipt.

If the packaging is damaged or the product has an issue, note it on the delivery document and contact us immediately.

If the order is signed for without inspection, issues arising during transportation may not be covered. We recommend that someone be present to inspect the delivery.
